F-500 is a special fluorine-free additive to the extinguishant, which improves the efficiency of the F-500 extinguishers especially in fires of solid materials, plastics and rubber, lithium-ion batteries and photovoltaic systems.

F-500 greatly reduces the surface tension and increases the penetration effect. Furthermore, the cooling effect is several times stronger than with water or foam.

The typical application areas of the WA 500 F-500 are plastic production and processing, rubber production and processing, Assembly plants, glassmaking, cement industry, warehouses, waste disposal and recycling plants, battery stations, battery packs.
